About

I'm a PhD student in Juliette Griffié's lab at Stockholm University and SciLifeLab. I develop machine-learning methods that turn microscopy images into biological discoveries, with a focus on single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM).
With a background in physics, I've worked in both the wet lab and the dry lab: from preparing and imaging samples to building computational methods.
I'm always open to collaborations on machine learning in biology, microscopy, or anything in between. Get in touch.
Outside the lab I like to stay active outdoors, cook new dishes, and discover places around the globe. You'll find hints of all of these hidden around this website. See how many you can spot.
